ARTIST SUBMISSIONS
We invite submissions from artists whose practice aligns with our vision of meaningful spatial engagement. AXYNAO is particularly interested in themes of perception, structure, and the synergy between artwork and the built environment. While our focus is primarily on abstract contemporary practices, we prioritize a coherent body of work capable of enhancing diverse contexts—from private collections to hospitality and large-scale architectural systems.

AXYNAO collaborates with artists, galleries, collectors, architects, hospitality groups, cultural organizations, and private clients to create meaningful relationships between artwork, architecture, and human experience.
HOW AXYNAO WORKS
AXYNAO operates as an architectural placement platform. We do not charge listing fees. We work with a selective group of artists on a placement-first basis — our interests are aligned from the outset.

18-MONTH COMMITMENT
Selected works are committed to the platform for 18 months and must remain available for placement throughout that period.

STORAGE AT ARTIST LOCATION
Works remain at the artist's location until a placement is confirmed. No upfront logistics or handling costs.

50/50 COMMISSION
Commission applies on confirmed placements only. No sale, no fee. No listing cost, and no upfront charges of any kind — other than optional art-fair participation costs voluntarily accepted by the artist (see Art Fairs, below).

COLLECTOR RELATIONSHIPS
All collector relationships are maintained by AXYNAO. The platform holds and develops the client relationship on an ongoing basis.

SALES SUPPORT
Artists are expected to support placement and sales activities as needed — documentation, availability for context, and responsiveness to inquiries.

LOGISTICS, INSTALLATION & INSURANCE

AXYNAO manages and advances all costs related to logistics, transport, installation, and insurance. These costs are recovered either from the placement fee or invoiced directly to the client, depending on the scale and structure of the engagement. The artist carries no upfront exposure.
All works in transit or on active placement are insured at their declared value. Prior to a confirmed sale, the insured value is the agreed asking price established between AXYNAO and the artist at the time of movement. Upon confirmed sale, the insured value equals the final sale price, maintained through to completion of installation.
AXYNAO coordinates and oversees all installation. Works are placed by AXYNAO-appointed professionals to ensure presentation integrity and the physical standards expected in architectural contexts.

ART FAIRS

AXYNAO participates in select art fairs as an exhibiting platform. Fair selection — including time, location, and participation — is the sole decision of AXYNAO. Artists may submit proposals for fairs they consider relevant; all final decisions rest with the platform.
Artists wishing to present work at a fair purchase wall space at a rate specific to that event. Pricing reflects the actual cost structure of each fair — an international fair such as Art Basel Miami carries a different rate than a regional event. The participation fee covers wall space, logistics, shipping, and presentation build. Scope and costs may vary according to the specific rules and conditions of each fair. Costs and relevant details are communicated in advance of each fair.
Participation in fairs is optional and by invitation.
